  • What is your cut-off time?
    • If you place your order by 5pm (GMT) Monday-Friday we will ship your order on THE SAME DAY. Orders placed after 5pm on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday. If you place your order on a bank holiday, it won't be dispatched till the next working day.

      *Please note the cut off for DHL Next Day and Saturday Delivery is 3pm. Any orders placed after 3pm weekdays will be dispatched the following day.
  • How do I know what size to go for?
    • Because we source our clothing from lots of different brands and manufacturers – sizing can differ between ranges so every product page includes a size guide which is specific to that product so please check that out! For all our tees, we include a chest measurement in inches - divide the number in the column for your size by 2 and you will get the measurement from armpit to armpit. Handy to compare! Still unsure? Please just get in touch, our lovely customer services team are always happy to help recommend your perfect size. And if we get it wrong, we'll arrange an exchange for free!
  • I forgot to put in my discount code!
    • No problem! Simply get in touch with us quoting the discount code and your order number. Providing the order is eligible we can apply the discount our end and refund the discounted amount straight back via your original payment method.
  • Where is my order?
    • This depends on your delivery method – if you're not sure which you selected, please check your order confirmation email which will let you know when your order is due. If this date has passed, please check your tracking number if you have one or just get in touch. We are always happy to help with any queries you may have and can investigate any delays for you right away.
  • How do I return an Item?
    • You can return an item to us by filling in the returns form on your delivery note and following the simple instructions there. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or if there is anything else you are unsure about, please give us a call on 0117 982 8884 or drop us an email or live chat.

    • If you're unlucky enough to receive a faulty or incorrect item or you're missing something from your order we're really sorry for the error (it doesn't happen very often, we promise!)       When you get to our checkout page, you will be asked to confirm your delivery country, which will present you with the delivery options available to you.

      3 interest-free instalments.
      This option allows you to spread the cost of your TruffleShuffle order over three equal instalments taken from your credit or debit card. Your first payment is collected when your order is shipped, the second payment will be collected 30 days after your order was shipped and the third, final payment will be taken in another 30 days – so that makes three equal payments over 60 days. There are no fees or interest associated with this payment option, there is no credit check and there is no impact on your credit score.

      Klarna will notify you before payments are taken from your card and you can always check in on the status of your payments in the Klarna app or on the Klarna website.
      Pay later.
      This option allows you to enter your card details today, have your order shipped today and Klarna will not charge your card until 30 days after your order is placed. There are no fees or interest associated with this payment option, there is no credit check and there is no impact on your credit score.

      Pay with card.
      Choose this option to pay for your order in full on your credit card at the point of ordering.

    • Delivery By Amazon - This is a fully tracked 1-2 day delivery service. This option provides a tracking number, email and/or SMS updates and proof of delivery once your parcel has been delivered.

      Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery - Usually delivered 1-3 working days after your order has been dispatched. This option provides a tracking number and proof of delivery once your parcel has been delivered.

      Royal Mail Local Collect – Usually delivered 1-3 working days after your order has been dispatched. You will be notified by email and/or text message when your parcel is ready to be collected from your selected Post Office.

      DHL Next Day or Saturday Delivery* – This is a fully tracked, next day delivery service. Or you can select a nominated delivery date at the checkout to ensure you receive your parcel on a specific date. This option provides a tracking number and proof of delivery once your parcel has been delivered.
      *This service is unavailable to addresses in Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles and Scottish Highlands.

      For orders being shipped outside of the UK, we aim to deliver to deliver within 2-5 working days depending on your country, predicted delivery dates are advised at checkout.

    • We rarely get reports of customers being faced with customs fees; however, depending on your country, you may need to pay customs fees or import duty if prompted.     • You have 60 days from the date of your order to return an item to us – we extend this even further at Christmas so any item purchased from 1st October can be returned up till 20th January.

    • Our returns team process all of our returns within 3 working days so super speedy!

    • If you know the original order number, you can print a returns form here and just follow the instructions to get the item back to us. Make sure you let us know your new delivery address and we'll ship your exchange directly to you. Any refunds will be applied to the original purchaser. If not – please just get in touch.     • We can only accept items returned to us within 60 days from the date your order was despatched.

      Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale. Please ensure goods are returned to us in their original packaging (where applicable). Some items are not returnable due to hygiene reasons and this will be stated on the website.

      We do not offer free returns. The items are your responsibility until they reach us; therefore, it is advisable to use a tracked delivery service or First Class post, with a proof of postage.       Once we have received your return we will process your exchange/refund within 3 working days and send you an email to confirm it's been done.

      If a discount was applied to your order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.

      If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, or if you are not happy with any aspect of your order, we're ever so sorry. Please contact us prior to returning the item so that we can sort this for you.

    • Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from TruffleShuffle for a full refund.

      This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed.

      Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 14 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt.

      We do not offer free returns. The return postage costs and the item are your responsibility until the item reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. When posting an item to us, please make sure to hold on to your proof of postage (the receipt you get from the Post Office/courier).
