Lorraine - 23rd Sep 2024Review: I cannot fault truffle shuffle for all there help when I purchased the Lumiere Lamp.When it was unboxed and batteries were inserted one of the lights wasn’t working i telephoned truffle shuffle and they immediately sent a replacement which unfortunately had the same problem. I phoned truffle shuffle and explained the problem and they immediately said they would look into it and said they would check in there warehouse and see if they had a bad batch of this item.Have sent both items back with returns labels sent by email from truffle shuffle and will be given a full refund.
