- What is your cut-off time?
- If you place your order by 3pm (GMT) Monday-Friday we will ship your order on THE SAME DAY. Orders placed after 3pm on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday. And if you place your order on a bank holiday, it won't be dispatched till the next working day. This will all be confirmed for you at checkout too where we give you predicted delivery dates (or guaranteed if you go for our Next or Nominated Day service.)
- How do I know what size to go for?
- Because we source our clothing from lots of different brands and manufacturers – sizing can differ between ranges so every product page includes a size guide which is specific to that product so please check that out! For all our tees, we include a chest measurement in inches - divide the number in the column for your size by 2 and you will get the measurement from armpit to armpit. Handy to compare! Still unsure? Please just get in touch, our lovely customer services team are always happy to help recommend your perfect size. And if we get it wrong, we'll arrange an exchange for free!
- I forgot to put in my discount code!
- No problem! Simply get in touch with us quoting the discount code and your order number. Providing the order is eligible we can apply the discount our end and refund the discounted amount straight back via your original payment method.
- Where is my order?
- This depends on your delivery method – if you're not sure which you selected, please check your order confirmation email which will let you know when your order is due. If this date has passed, please check your tracking number if you have one or just get in touch. - We can only accept items returned to us within 60 days from the date your order was despatched.
Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale. Please ensure goods are returned to us in their original packaging (where applicable). Some items are not returnable due to hygiene reasons and this will be stated on the website.
The items are your responsibility until they reach us; therefore, it is advisable to use a tracked delivery service or First Class post, with a proof of postage.
As soon as we receive your return we will process your exchange/refund request straight away and send you an email to confirm it's been done. We process all returns on the day they are received back to us so we can be as efficient as possible for you.
If a discount was applied to your order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.
If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, or if you are not happy with any aspect of your order, we're ever so sorry. Please contact us prior to returning the item so that we can sort this for you.

- Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from TruffleShuffle for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
