Returns and Refunds

Returning an item to us couldn't be easier, just follow the instructions below and we will sort the rest for you as soon as your returned item is received. Don't forget that if you need any help or advice when returning something to us we are always available on the phone, just call us on 01179 828884, Monday to Friday 9-5.

  • How do I return an item?

    • You can return an item to us by filling in the returns form on your delivery note and following the simple instructions there. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or if there is anything else you are unsure about, please give us a call on 0117 982 8884 or drop us an email or live chat.

      If you have lost your returns form, you can print a new one here.

      Please include as much information as possible on your returns form, including your details, what you would like us to do with the return (we can offer a replacement in a different size, an exchange for another item, or a refund).

      We do not offer free returns. The items are your responsibility until they reach us; therefore, it is advisable to use a tracked delivery service or First Class post, with a proof of postage. When posting an item to us, please make sure to hold on to your proof of postage (the receipt you get from the Post Office/courier).

  • How long do I have to return an item?

    • You have 60 days from the date of your order to return an item to us – we extend this even further at Christmas so any item purchased from 1st October can be returned up till 20th January.
  • How long do returns take?

    • Our returns team process all of our returns within 3 working days so super speedy!
  • Something from my order is missing/faulty/incorrect – what do I do?

    • If you're unlucky enough to receive a faulty or incorrect item or you're missing something from your order we're really sorry for the error (it doesn't happen very often, we promise!) Please give us a call on +44 117 982 8884, send us an e-mail or live chat us and we will fix it for you, pronto and with the minimum fuss we promise!
  • How do I return a gift I didn't buy?

    • If you know the original order number, you can print a returns form here and just follow the instructions to get the item back to us. Make sure you let us know your new delivery address and we'll ship your exchange directly to you. Any refunds will be applied to the original purchaser. If not – please just get in touch.   • Full returns policy (the boring bits!)

    • We can only accept items returned to us within 60 days from the date your order was despatched.

      Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale. Please ensure goods are returned to us in their original packaging (where applicable). Some items are not returnable due to hygiene reasons and this will be stated on the website.

      Once we have received your return we will process your exchange/refund within 3 working days and send you an email to confirm it's been done.

      If a discount was applied to your order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.

      If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, or if you are not happy with any aspect of your order, we're ever so sorry. Please contact us prior to returning the item so that we can sort this for you.
  • Distance selling regulations

    • Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from TruffleShuffle for a full refund.

      This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed.

      Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 14 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt.

      We do not offer free returns. The return postage costs and the item are your responsibility until the item reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. When posting an item to us, please make sure to hold on to your proof of postage (the receipt you get from the Post Office/courier).
