It is just *chefs kiss* .. the second I saw it, I knew I needed it and it hasn’t disappointed!! 😍 it’s soft and warm, I went for a bigger size because I like things baggy rather than fitted and I love the fit.. the design is just beautiful.. such a gorgeous item! Also the service was fab. Ordered Sunday morning (3 minutes after the release) 😆 it was dispatched the same day and I received it today (Thursday) which is fab considering I live in the Channel Islands so it needs to come over by plane or boat. I adore Truffle Shuffle, and I adoreeee this purchase!! 11/10 would recommend!

Good quality. The cover is very soft and cozy. The stopper screws on securely and there are no leaks. I misjudged the size of the hot water bottle as I thought it looked bigger in the product photos compared to when I received it. Perhaps if the capacity was stated in the product description this would have helped. Overall, I recommend this hot water bottle if you are looking for one that is soft and cozy and stays warm for a good length of time.

The product itself was flawless i ordered a lerger size and it was bigger than expected. I paid for postage for an exchange, the size I wanted wasn't in stock . I asked for a refund and shipping was also taken out of the total refunded. I was £15.00 out of pocket for the whole transaction. I understand small businesses have to make money but ****** hell.

love it it's extremely versatile and a good side for carrying or wearing. plenty of room for all my stuff including my switch 2 if i use the slim carry case.the bag is beautiful with excellent quality stitching and printing. comfortable to wear or carry as well.
