Ordered off these guys a few times and absolutely can not fault them. I contacted someone to ask when an item would be back in stock. Got an answer advising the date - and the date was correct! Absolutely one of a kind online store with nice friendly customer service!

The t-shirt is great but having paid for first class delivery i expected it within a couple of days but more than a week later i had to contact Truffle Shuffle as it hadn't arrived, after a very patronising email back from them explaining how the post office works they sent out another t-shirt which did arrive within 2 days along with the original order!!! They did refund the second t-shirt after i sent it back but i had to suggest to them it might be a good idea to refund the delivery cost as i clearly hadn't received first class delivery. I will continue to shop with Truffle Shuffle, this appears to be a one off & mistakes can happen but the patronising tone of the email i received was not appreciated!!!!
