The purchases that I have bought are lovely. Sadly your packaging let your company down. I ordered a £30.00 tshirt and it wasnt even in any packaging, it was crumpled up with a cup and pair of socks in a brown box. The weather has been cold and damp and the tshirt should have been in some form of clear protective waterproof packaging. So to say that I spent £50.00 in total I dont think I would use again unless you can guarantee your packaging service is alot more professional in packing and customer satisfaction.
