I received the absolutely best customer service I’ve ever experienced with online shopping. Initially I wanted to change a tshirt I had bought as it didn’t suit me. Charlie, the customer rep, responded to my emails promptly, dealt with the exchange for a different tshirt which arrived really quickly and even refunded one of the costs of return postage as I’d had to swap the second tshirt for a different size!
