Didn't appreciate the brusque phone call from CS saying that the staples I'd used to Return had pierced one of the Tops; very confused by this as I'd pushed the Tops down the bag before stapling and then smoothed them out. Perhaps if you'd send items in a bag big enough and not one where, once opened, it makes turning the edge over impossible, you wouldn't need to worry about this (allegedly) happening.
