Have ordered several times and always received goods within two days, and exactly the way I perceived them on the site- never been disappointed yet.

Not really your fault but as it was a present, the slip included didn't have a price. Which means that swiss custom was not happy and send me a form to fill. I had to guess as to who might have send me the gift and request they send me a copy of the invoice in order to make customs happyhappy.
