The website was easy to navigate and in the first instance I signed up to be notified about an item being back in stock. I expected to receive marketing emails from them but did not receive any which was great! I got notified immediately when the item was back in stock, and order the same day.I unintentionally missed off my house number from my order! After having a little panic, I called up their customer service team, who were brilliant and friendly and sorted it all out even though the item had already been backed and was awaiting collection for delivery. It arrived the following day, with a sweetie in the box! Such a nice surprise.Great service, great products, would definitely use again and would recommend to others.

Love the game, it does take a few games to get used to all the rules, but its a really good family game to play and any fan of the film will really enjoy playing it

Really impressed with the super fast delivery, ordered on Tuesday evening and was wearing by Thursday! Like that each item has it's own sizing information, this really helped decide what to go for.

Delivered to the wrong address - they probably love the t-shirt, but I've not even seen it.

I bought three different products online, one of them being the silver plated dobbie charm for the braclet - i am so disappointed with this product as it states it is 'silver plated' and also shows it being silver in the picture. When it arrived it was grey - not what i expected. I have since contacted the helpline and they told me most of the charms are grey and only a couple are actually silver plated, i would class this as false advertisement.

Returned a shirt that was the wrong size, unfortunately the size needed was then sold out. Upon finding a replacement the guys at Truffle shuffle even waved the difference in price and sent it promptly. Very happyWith the service received!

Mixed thoughts. Original order was too small (not Truffleshuffle's fault) but also had blue marks on it. Process of exchange was really easy an no quibble - however, the exchanged deliveryitem never came, again not Truffle Shuffle's fault, but you do use Royal Mail as chosen courier where many other companies who charge for delivery use a more reliable courier.
