  • What is your Cut-Off Time?
    • If you place your order by 4pm (GMT) Monday-Friday we will ship your order on THE SAME DAY. Orders placed after 4pm on a Friday will not be despatched until the following Monday. And if you place your order on a Bank holiday, it won't be dispatched till the next working day. This will all be confirmed for you at checkout too where we give you predicted delivery dates (or guaranteed if you go for our Next or Nominated Day service.)
  • How do I know what size to go for?
    • Because we source our clothing from lots of different brands and manufacturers – sizing can differ between ranges so every product page includes a size guide which is specific to that product so please check that out! For all our tees, we include a chest measurement in inches - divide the number in the column for your size by 2 and you will get the measurement from armpit to armpit. Handy to compare! Still unsure? Please just get in touch, our lovely customer services team are always happy to help recommend your perfect size. And if we get it wrong, we'll arrange an exchange for free!
  • I forgot to put in my Discount Code!
    • No problem! Simply get in touch with us quoting the discount code and your order number. Providing the order is eligible we can apply the discount our end and refund the discounted amount straight back via your original payment method.
  • Where is my Order?
    • This depends on your delivery method – if you're not sure which you selected, please check your order confirmation email which will let you know when your order is due. If this date has passed, please check your tracking number if you have one or just get in touch. We are always happy to help with any queries you may have and can investigate any delays for you right away.
  • How do I Return an Item?
    • You can return an item to us by filling in the returns form on your delivery note and following the simple instructions there. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your order or if there is anything else you are unsure about, please give us a call on 0117 982 8884 or drop us an email or live chat.

    • If you're unlucky enough to receive a faulty or incorrect item or you're missing something from your order we're really sorry for the error (it doesn't happen very often, we promise!)     • You can either order over the telephone by calling our dedicated customer services team on

      All transactions are processed in £GBP however you can select to see the prices in €EUR of $USD if you'd like to see the most up to date currency converted prices.
  • Do I need an account?
    • You don't need an account with us however this does allow you to see a record of your order history! Set up is super easy – just click here to get started.

      Alternatively, you can check out as a guest however we do suggest leaving us your email address under the ‘Contact Information' section on the checkout page so that we can get in touch should we need to.
  • Where do I enter a discount code?
    • The discount code will need to be entered in the basket, before you checkout.
      Simply click on the blue ‘Gift Voucher Code' link and enter the code in the box provided. As soon as you click ‘Apply,' provided the order is eligible, the discount will then be applied to your order.

      As our discount/promo codes vary so do the terms and conditions of each, so make sure you check when you receive any codes. Codes may only be valid for certain items and will have an expiry date.
      You should be able to find the terms and conditions in the same place you found the code whether it be through an email or on our website or you can also check out the banner showing the discount on the website.

  • How long will delivery take?
    • Royal Mail First Class - Usually delivered 1-3 working days after your order has been dispatched and your parcel should just pop through your letterbox so you don't even need to be at home.

      Royal Mail Recorded Delivery - Usually delivered 1-2 working days after your order has been dispatched. This option provides a tracking number and proof of delivery once your parcel has been delivered. Your parcel will need signing for on arrival.

      Royal Mail Special Delivery - This delivery option is guaranteed for next day delivery before 1pm (including Saturday). Your parcel is fully trackable and will need signing for on arrival.

      For orders being shipped outside of the UK, we aim to deliver to Western European destinations within 4-5 working days, Eastern European destinations within 6-7 working days and worldwide within 9-10 working days.

      As our standard Airmail service does not carry a delivery guarantee, we advise that orders can take up to two weeks to be delivered in some exceptional circumstances.

    • We rarely get reports of customers being faced with customs fees; however, depending on your country, you may need to pay customs fees or import duty if prompted. We recommend checking your country's customs charges and threshold prior to ordering to avoid disappointment, as we are unfortunately unable to cover customs charges.

  • How do I return an item?
    • You can return an item to us by filling in the returns form on your delivery note and following the simple instructions there.   • How long do I have to return an item?
    • You have 60 days from the date of your order to return an item to us – we extend this even further at Christmas so any item purchased from 1st October can be returned up till Friday 17th January.

  • Something from my order is missing/faulty/incorrect – what do I do?

    • If you know the original order number, you can print a returns form here and just follow the instructions to get the item back to us. Make sure you let us know your new delivery address and we'll ship your exchange directly to you. Any refunds will be applied to the original purchaser. If not – please just get in touch.   • Full Returns Policy (the boring bits!)
    • We can only accept items returned to us within 60 days from the date your order was despatched.

      Items must be returned to us in an unworn and unwashed condition, deemed fit for resale. Please ensure goods are returned to us in their original packaging (where applicable). Some items are not returnable due to hygiene reasons and this will be stated on the website.

      The items are your responsibility until they reach us; therefore, it is advisable to use a tracked delivery service or First Class post, with a proof of postage.

      As soon as we receive your return we will process your exchange/refund request straight away and send you an email to confirm it's been done. We process all returns on the day they are received back to us so we can be as efficient as possible for you.

      If a discount was applied to your order, the amount refunded will be adjusted accordingly.

      If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, or if you are not happy with any aspect of your order, we're ever so sorry. Please contact us prior to returning the item so that we can sort this for you.
  • Distance selling regulations
    • Under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from TruffleShuffle for a full refund. This does not apply to items that cannot be returned for hygiene reasons or have been unsealed. Order cancellations must be made in writing, quoting your name, address and order number, within 7 days of delivery of your item(s) by post to the address above. Once you have cancelled your order, the goods should be returned to the same address, in their original condition, within 14 days of receipt. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. For your own protection, we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
