So I am overall pleased with the bag and couldn't fault loungefly as they always deliver!Now truffle shuffle as a retailer I am not so happy with as I didn't receive any email confirmation of my order nor did I receive any tracking , then there was the delivery provider and they didn't even knock or leave a card just put the packed behind a bin so the parcel was left out over night as I had no idea it had been delivered and was only by chance my husband found it when he got home !
