Very happy with the item itself, but I don't know what the sellers were thinking putting it in a huge cardboard box more suitable for a pair of chunky trainers than a little pair of lip balms that aren't even fragile! I hope TruffleShuffle take this feedback on board as the sheer wastefulness is the kind of thing that puts me off online shopping.

Great company - my socks were delivered but not to me. I called a few days after to say i havent got and they immediately sent out another parcel with a diff courier ! And they did the admin on the lost socks themselves. Would recommend them and GREAT SOCKS!
