Add items to your basket and press the Checkout button when you are ready to place your order.
CHECKOUT
When you get to our checkout page, you will be asked to confirm your delivery country, which will present you with the delivery options available to you.
Next you will be asked to enter your email address and billing address. You will be asked for your Date of Birth at this point which is an optional field. If you do not choose to enter your Date of Birth, you will not be eligible for our ‘Pay Later' and ‘Pay in 3' payment options.
After entering your shipping address, you will be shown the three payment options from Klarna:
3 interest-free instalments.
This option allows you to spread the cost of your TruffleShuffle order over three equal instalments taken from your credit or debit card. Your first payment is collected when your order is shipped, the second payment will be collected 30 days after your order was shipped and the third, final payment will be taken in another 30 days – so that makes three equal payments over 60 days. There are no fees or interest associated with this payment option, there is no credit check and there is no impact on your credit score.
Klarna will notify you before payments are taken from your card and you can always check in on the status of your payments in the Klarna app or on the Klarna website.
Pay later.
This option allows you to enter your card details today, have your order shipped today and Klarna will not charge your card until 30 days after your order is placed. There are no fees or interest associated with this payment option, there is no credit check and there is no impact on your credit score.
Klarna will notify you before payments are taken from your card and you can always check in on the status of your payments in the Klarna app or on the Klarna website.
Pay with card.
Choose this option to pay for your order in full on your credit card at the point of ordering.

Alternatively, you can check out as a guest however we do suggest leaving us your email address under the ‘Contact Information' section on the checkout page so that we can get in touch should we need to.
I forgot to put in my discount code!
- No problem! Simply get in touch with us quoting the discount code and your order number. Providing the order is eligible we can apply the discount our end and refund the discounted amount straight back via your original payment method.

Do you offer gift wrap?
Yes! We offer giftwrap on most of our items and you can select this as an option in your basket. It costs £2.99 per item and we use our awesome, bespoke TruffleShuffle gift wrap which is perfect for any occasion.
**Please note gift wrap orders placed after 4pm may not be dispatched till the following day to allow us time to wrap your item/s., If you need your order dispatched urgently please get in touch and we'll see if we can wrap quickly!
