Heroes In A Halfshell…….. and T-Shirt, Mug & Loungepants!
The year was 1989 and a phenomenon had just began - four fearless fighting green machines quickly took over this ten year old boys life and an obsession quickly ensued!
Their names: Leonardo, Donatello, Raphael and Michelangelo, The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles.
Turtle Mania was massive. In every store window, on every high street would be Turtles merchandise, shop keepers praying and rubbing their hands waiting for whiney kids to nag their parents to buy, posters, toys, pencil cases or colouring books. My parents would avoid taking me past such places for obvious reasons.
I could only dream of the day when I'd finally work for a place that sold such things - Backpacks, T-shirts, Loungepants,Socks and Mugs; I'm wearing my Turtles Boxers Shortsright now!

10 Things You Didn't Know About...Star Wars!
Like a lot of movie lovers, Star Wars is the jewel in our crown when it comes to our cult film collection. With so many hours well spent watching (and acting out!) the amazing cinematic light saber scenes, it's become one of our biggest movie loves and has really taken the world by storm from it's beginnings way back in 1977.
If you're as big a fans of these classic flicks then you may think you know everything about this rich universe â but there's always more to learn! Whether you'll store these nuggets of intergalactic information for use down the pub, or just keep them locked away safe in the knowledge that you've expanded your Star Wars mind, sit back and enjoy!
1) When production began, the movie was titled "Adventures of Luke Starkiller, as Taken From The Journal Of The Whills, Sage1: The Star Wars
2) Darth Vader was actually a mixture of three people, James Earl Jones was the voice, Sebastian Shaw played the face, and David Prowse acted as the body.
3) Filming of The Empire Strikes Back had to halt for two weeks due to a wind surfing competition in Australia the had become an annual tradtition of sorts for Lucas, and he refused to miss.
4) You can see Boba Fett's face without the helmet in Empire Strikes Back. Jeremy Bulloch, who plays Boba Fett, also plays another role in ESB: Imperial Lieutenant Sheckil, who captures Princess Leia during her attempted escape on Bespin.
