In The Shade

With all these tauntingly, teeny glimpses of sunshine we've been seeing lately, it is definitely time to be getting your Summer eyewear collection at the ready. Always a fan of the retro classics, the Wayfarer and Aviator style of shades, we sometimes like to express our crazier side with some more daring Heart or Pineapple shaped sunglasses!

Looking to add to your vintage tee collection? Look no further! Junk Food have just introduced this brand new ORIGINALS collection and boy, are we chomping at the bit to get our hands on some of these prize beauties!

Incorporating that vintage, lived-in, loved and faded look we all love from a real vintage tee, Junk Food have really focused on the finer details and used hand drawn graphics, real vintage fabrics, special washes and dye treatments to re-create an authentic and unique range of tees which also feature classic prints from a nostalgic, bygone era. Here's looking forward to the next royal knees up, the wedding of Zara Phillips to her rugby prince(?!)

All Spaced Out!

This morning I received a very interesting package! Tearing apart the brown paper layers, it soon became clear there were some VERY special goodies hidden beneath. A small feast of astronaut food! Thanks to the lovely guys who supply us with our NASA tees, we were able to sample the delights of 'freeze-dried ready to eat space food' (something that by the sound of it, the boys had wanted to do for years!). First up was the Mint Choc Chip Ice Cream, followed by the Chocolate Protein Bar and to finish, the Peanut Butter Protein Bar. The concept is weirdly exciting, the flavours weirdly accurate and the texture, interesting!
