Forrest Gump Turns 20 Years Old Today!
Shrimp on toast! We can hardly believe it but we've just caught word that one of the very best classic films from our ever-growing collection is turning a cool 20 years old today!
Yep, as scary shocking exciting as this is, the 90s classic Forrest Gump was released in UK cinemas today back in 1994! Frankly, we're still in shock that 1994 was 20 years ago! Where has that time gone?! What kind of sorcery is this?
But it's not only us who love this iconic flick. Picking up several awards along the way, this retro romantic fantasy comedy drama starring our movie hero Tom Hanks snapped up some amazing Oscars, including Best Picture, Best Actor in a Leading Role, Best Director, Best Visual Effects, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Film Editing. Wowzers!
So what made this films so special? Well....Forest himself of course, the music (oh the music!), the scenery, the ever-changing plot and a whole lot more!
To help 'jog' your movie memories just a touch, we thought we would put together some of the best moments that we follow Forrest through in order of appearance, like a storyboard of sorts. There are sooo many different parts, scenes and stories it's hard to keep up!

That's right folks! Here at TruffleShuffle we're celebrating one of the biggest comedy legends of all time, a man who with few words has kept people all over the world laughing for decades and who can make us smile with nothing more than a look. We are of course talking about Mr Bean!
Even his name sends the corners of our mouths north and memories of watching the classic episodes on TV flooding back to us. So many classic moments!
Because we love this real comedy hero so much, we just couldn't resist getting to work doing what we do best and creating some amazing Mr Bean T-Shirts which of course, have our very own twist that makes these totally exclusive to us.

The Weekly Retro Movie Rundown 118
Cheese and crackers! It's only the weekend again!
Like like back in the day in the good old US or A, the weekend sees us cruising our way to the Drive In cinema with our oh-so lucky date for the night. We'll pick up our big box of popcorn and soda on the way to finding our spot in front of the big and bright screen that will soon whisk us off to far and distant lands with it's celluloid wonder and tinny sounding speakers.

We've got a real blast from the past folks!
We can still remember it now, the feeling you got when you saw the TV set and huuuuge VHS player being wheeled into the classroom, you knew something exciting was about to happen which meant you didn't have to do long tasks or writing. Bliss!
What made this time so special was of course the amazing programming that soon followed. We would be taken to the land or learning and guided through some tricky spelling and word rules with the trusty light-up pencil from Words and Pictures!
