I cannot fault truffle shuffle for all there help when I purchased the Lumiere Lamp.When it was unboxed and batteries were inserted one of the lights wasn’t working i telephoned truffle shuffle and they immediately sent a replacement which unfortunately had the same problem. I phoned truffle shuffle and explained the problem and they immediately said they would look into it and said they would check in there warehouse and see if they had a bad batch of this item.Have sent both items back with returns labels sent by email from truffle shuffle and will be given a full refund.

Love it, looks fab on my bookshelf as a mood light.

A brilliant addition to my Beauty & the Beast collection. Lumiere looks lovely when lit up, he is well made and quite weighty so stands firm on my display unit.

Love my new Lumiere. Shame the lights don’t flicker but still a lovely addition to my collection.
