Firstly the bag is beautiful just as I expected it to be ! So I am overall pleased with the bag and couldn't fault loungefly as they always deliver!Now truffle shuffle as a retailer I am not so happy with as I didn't receive any email confirmation of my order nor did I receive any tracking , then there was the delivery provider and they didn't even knock or leave a card just put the packed behind a bin so the parcel was left out over night as I had no idea it had been delivered and was only by chance my husband found it when he got home !

I absolutely love this backpack, Magikarp is my favourite Pokemon so I had to get it and Truffleshuffle had it at a very fair price! My Order came through amazon delivery which was faster than expected. The backpack was packaged with care and thoughtfulness, images are bright and lovely, stitching is excellent and the bag itself is a reasonable size for small days out for fun. Most beautiful bag ever. It is the bag of bags now I will never use another one. The stunning details on this bag take your breath away. Deffo a must buy. Won’t regret it that’s for sure. Not only does Tia match two incredible bags, Ludo & Ello, it can be used by itself as a wristlet. The lenticular Bowie & Connelly is phenomenal especially if you grew up with this movie. 5 stars!
