I really was so excited about this backpack and where TruffleShuffle are concerned they really couldn't have done anymore than they did. I don't know if it is because of this particular design and its white nature or the glow in the dark feature, but Loungefly could have quality controlled this better, mine arrived with creases that I could eventually get out, but with marks I couldn't.

Again I was so excited for the release of these ears and TruffleShuffle couldn't have done more, but Loungefly could have had better quality control as sadly my ears arrived with half of the bow not pleated and the bow way off the centre. I wanted to treasure these but had to send them back because of this issue. TruffleShuffle were amazing in helping me with that process. They definitely made a gutting situation a lot less upsetting

Adjustable ears are a massive benefit and I’ve received so many random compliments when out wearing it- comfy and cute (and it has a pocket for extra filters if you use them)
