I found the service good, Michelle was most helpful to me although on my first call what I wanted was out if stock, I was advised to call back on a certain date which I did but was disappointed that I still couldn't complete the order of what I really wanted as the items were still oos.

I've shopped with Truffle Shuffle for years and I have never had any problems. Items always arrive when specified and the selection of products is always great.

I ordered a t-shirt from Truffle Shuffle for the first time, I live in Australia and was expecting my parcel to arrive in 1-2 weeks, however it never came, I contacted Truffle Shuffle and was greeted with a very professional and friendly service, I had a new order shipped out to me via express post and received it 3 days later. I was very happy with the customer service I received and would definitely use Truffle Shuffle again.

I love it! The fabric was different to what I was expecting as I thought it would be the traditional sweatshirt material, which it isn't - it's more of a smooth/shiny finish that reminded me of an old track suit from the 80's. Inside is super soft and fleecy. Feels quite thick and good quality. Lovely bold and colourful print!

Lovely, good quality jumper. Very thick and warm for winter. I wasn't sure about the sizes as I fell between 2 and went for the larger to make sure it wasn't too small. Would probably have been better to get the smaller of the 2 as it would look better as a slightly snugger fit, but I guess that's down to personal preference.

Simply complete the returns section of the dispatch note, letting us know how you wish to proceed and pop it back along with your return. We recommend returned items are sent back to us via Royal Mail recorded delivery or via First Class with proof of postage.
