Terrible!! What I have ordered is on its way back. I asked for xl pyjamas and got small. Was on the women's section and picked a bracelet and it was a child's bracelet. This was suppose to be for my wife's birthday.

Overall I was really happy with the purchase process and the products I bought. My only complaint was it wasn't clear on the email that the promotional discount had a minimum spend. It was hidden in small print right at the bottom of the email. The online chat customer service was very helpful in explaining this and having that facility is great, but it would have been better if it had been more obvious in the first place. Although I ended up buying the products without the discount anyway!
