Ordered a large sweatshirt was sent a small phoned and was asked to send the small back I would then be sent the large one. There's a reason I do most of my shopping online, it's because I don't have time to go to the post office during the week. Got the large sweatshirt which despite checking sizeing was much too big. On this occasion the person l spoke to sent me out a medium before I have to send the other one back.
