Unfortunately one of the bags ordered was damaged i returned it only for the replacement bag to be damaged also.I had to return the second bag the first return was paid by me (£7.25p) as the promised email with return information did not arrive these second return was by freepost. When I contacted your head office your staff were polite and helpoful to a long but I feel I should have been reimbursed for the first return Teresa Kemp

Smooth, quick transaction

Customer service is great.. but I bought a tshirt that was too big and had to send it back to change it which cost me a further £5.95 on top of the postage I had already paid for the first delivery. In total I've paid almost £10 in postage for a £19 t shirt....

Their service was good, I had to return and exchange an item that was sent out incorrectly and they dealt with it really quickly and easily. Delivery was a bit slow but apart from that... Brilliant
