I'm a regular customer at Truffle Shuffle, absolutely LOVE this company, great quality retro clothing and gifts, I have so many items from them, bring back the retro sweets in the packaging though guys!

Unfortunately my item did not arrive but from ordering the item to dealing with customer services the process was easy and customer services were helpful and friendly and a full refund was given

I received my order within the time I was told it would take and there wasn't any mix up with the items, but the lid on my teapot was broken. I knew with shipping all the way to Canada there was a risk of breakage, but I ordered the teapot anyway and crossed my fingers. : )

The website was easy to use and the item ordered was delivered quickly. Would recommend to other online shoppers. Could not find the item anywhere else.
