Excellent customer service. I thought my package had gone astray as it hadn't arrived two days after the scheduled delivery date. Customer Services replied to my email in good time and even put another item to one side ready for dispatch if my parcel didn't turn up shortly as I needed it urgently. Luckily it turned up in time but extremely impressed by the service I received.
