Amazing ordering experience. When the parcel arrived it had a refresher sweetie in it and had been packaged by batman! Both brilliant touches! The polly pocket bag is bigger than I thought but in a good way and is made of sturdy stuff! Can't wait to use it!

Hard to criticise over anything but item was returned due to a different size to the ordered being needed. It took sometime for the replacement to be dispatched (on chasing up was originally told it hadn't been received back - returned via Royal Mail Signed For), however once sorted it was all resolved very quickly. I was happy with the service I received.

I have wanted this bag for SO long! And when I got the email saying it was back in stock I couldn't help myself. I ordered late Saturday and it had arrived by the Tuesday! The delivery was really cheap and didn't expect it to arrive so soon after purchase! It's a really well made bag and sturdy, the only downfall really is that the shade of pink isn't as light as the photo's provided on the website and the inside lining was different to what I expected (I thought there was going to be pockets but there wasn't any) overall I'm very happy with my purchase and will no doubt be ordering more from this site very soon.
