Nice product but weird sizing. Normally I'm an M or L Guy, always pretty straight forward. This time I had to send product back 3 times! XL fits like XXXL, Size L is super large (like XXL) and size M is super, super small (like S). Shirt is also not fitted and rather boxy (I hate boxy). The print quality is good.

I rated the service excellent even though my parcel arrived a week later as the estimated time. I gave five stars because the customer service people were very helpful and tried their best to solve my problem.

The ordering process was very easy and efficient! My shirt arrived in Canada very quickly and I received it before the estimated delivery date. The little sweet inside was a nice touch :)

Good service but I always mark down for companies that expect me to pay for postage when returning an item. I should not have to pay to enforce my statutory rights under the Distance Selling Act.

Excellent service..... arrived the next day, well ahead of the expected date. Kept 2 out of the 3 items ordered as the one sent back was for my son, but he didn't like it.
