Only comment I have is that I find it strange that the shirt costs € 19,99 in the UK and when ordering from mainland Europe the shirt is an extra unexplained € 6.

When the funds have come out of your account it will have been converted into euros so this is why you have been charged 32.44 euros. We’re sorry for any disappointment but as we are a UK based store and all our prices are displayed in pounds, this is why you were quoted in pounds not euros.
