Lynn - 10th Jun 2024Review: This is not a tinted lip-balm - it is a highly pigmented lipstick and was far too bright for me. I was expecting a hint of colour that could be built up (as this is how it is described) but no - it's a normal lipstick that really didn't need more than one layer. If you want a lipstick it's great but if you want a lip balm you may be disappointed as I am.
