Firstly the bag is beautiful just as I expected it to be ! So I am overall pleased with the bag and couldn't fault loungefly as they always deliver!Now truffle shuffle as a retailer I am not so happy with as I didn't receive any email confirmation of my order nor did I receive any tracking , then there was the delivery provider and they didn't even knock or leave a card just put the packed behind a bin so the parcel was left out over night as I had no idea it had been delivered and was only by chance my husband found it when he got home !

Most beautiful bag ever. It is the bag of bags now I will never use another one. The stunning details on this bag take your breath away. Deffo a must buy. Won’t regret it that’s for sure. I can’t wait to use it properly and put the backpack style into use which I love. Shoulder, backpack or crossbody such a versatile bag!

The quality is amazing, you get 3 straps, 1 for crossbody and 2 to use the bag as a backpack. There is so much space inside with plenty of pockets. Came well packaged so no damage in transit.
