Its a good fit and true to size, so medium is definitely a 38"-40" chest and its not too long. the material is a bit thing but it is a t-shirt and you aren't going to be wearing this in the harsh winter UK conditions (hopefully!) Worth twenty-five sheets of your money for sure.
