A doctor is stunned to discover he can talk to animals, and it is not long before his home and surgery are taken over by an assortment of ailing creatures in need of help. However, when the medic's odd behaviour attracts his colleagues' attention, he is forced to rely on his new-found furry friends to save him from the asylum. A gang of streetwise penguins decides to escape from New York's Central Park Zoo and return to a life in the wild, but when Marty the zebra and his friends follow suit, they end up stranded in Africa on a jungle island without a clue about how to fend for themselves. Animated comedy, with the voices of Ben Stiller, David Schwimmer, Chris Rock, Jada Pinkett Smith and Sacha Baron Cohen.

Children's animated adventure, with the voices of Nancy Cartwright, Bruce Willis, Lacey Chabert, Elizabeth Daily and Tim Curry.

A family of tiny alien spacecraft intervenes to help the residents of a run-down Manhattan brownstone tenement stop greedy developers from demolishing their homes. For a while, she decides to keep up the pretence - but comes to regret the deceit when she begins to fall for her supposed partner's brother. Romantic comedy, starring Sandra Bullock, Bill Pullman and Peter Gallagher.

Ace Ventura: When Nature Calls (1995) 5STAR 6:10pm-8:00pm

The eccentric pet detective is coaxed out of self-imposed exile in a Buddhist monastery to visit Africa and help search for a sacred white bat. However, his unique investigative talents are tested to the limits as he faces a race against time to find the missing creature and prevent a tribal war.
