Now when it comes to talking about classic or iconic cars of the world (which we probably do more than we'd like to admit), it's near impossible without eventually uttering the name of one of the biggest motoring companies in the whole wide world, Volkswagen.

Creating some of the most recognised and revered vehicles ever to exist, VW have certainly made their mark on almost everyone in the land, whether you've owned on of their classics or you know someone who does/did. Some of their finest work so far has come in the form of the classic Campervan and the super-cool Beetles which have gained a cult level of following since their were first produced.

As a lot of you movie fans in the land will know, many films are good, some are truly great, but even fewer reach the level of cult classic. Top Gun is one such film.

Released back in 1986, (which despite what we might actually think is a little more than fifteen years ago.... scary), Top Gun has risen to become a true crowning glory of 80s cinema with its action-packed fighter jet scenes, heart tugging story of loss and struggle, one of the best soundtracks ever and....yes....sure the odd topless volleyball and locker room scenes. Well it was the 80s.
