10 Things You [Probably] Didn't Know About Top Gun!
As soon as you here the opening chords of Kenny Logginsâ "Danger Zone," you are transported back to a time when the coolest men in the universe were flying F-14 Tomcats for the Navy and had silly names like Maverick, Goose and Ice Man. "Top Gun" made Tom Cruise a household name and gave Meg Ryan one of her first movie gigs. But even though itâs one of the most frequently quoted guy movies, how well do you really know it? Here are some facts about "Top Gun" that might surprise you.
10 - The bar in which a boozy rendition of "Great Balls of Fire" was performed is real, and still exists. Itâs called Kansas City BBQ, and itâs in San Diego, California. Although a 2008 fire destroyed a lot of its memorabilia, the piano is still there and they still sell Top Gun t-shirts.

So like the prehistoric Ice Age set on a snowy landscape amongst a herd of great woolly mammoths, let us be your group of storm hardened cave men dressed in the fur of the sabre toothed tiger as we go hunting for mega movie awesomeness, gather retro cinematic greatness and set a light to classic celluloid wonder.

A military robot is struck by lightning and develops a mind of its own. The machine embarks on a series of comic misadventures, but the company that made him want him back. Mad dogs dirty beard! It's not only the weekend, it's an Easter special bumper four day weekend Whoop whoop!
So, from the Valleys of Beverly Hills like an 80's rock and roll party let us be your spandex clad rocker complete with studded leather jacket and feathered hair, as we stand astride a make shift stage holding aloft our trusty Gibson flying V guitar. As the crowd wait in anticipation for us to shred out retro movie awesomeness, rock out with cinematic mega amptitude and power slide to celluloid glory.
